to Service Manager

Leadership advancement supports continued North American growth and service expansion
WAUKESHA, WI; MARCH 2026 – SafanDarley North America, the exclusive sales, service, and support organization for SafanDarley in the United States, Canada, and Mexico announces the promotion of Brandon Bigelow to Service Manager. In this role, Brandon will lead the company’s service operations, including expanding field service capabilities, strengthening technical support processes, mentoring service personnel, and ensuring customers receive fast, consistent, and technically precise support that maximizes equipment uptime and long-term performance.
Previously, Brandon served as the company’s Service Coordinator, where he centralized service scheduling, improved coordination across North America, and strengthened communication between the distributor network and internal teams.
A United States Marine Corps veteran, Brandon served in Afghanistan before completing his military service in 2015. He began his civilian career as an electrician at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, developing expertise in high- and low-voltage systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLC logic, and device communications.
He earned an associate degree in Welding and Manufacturing from Waukesha County Technical College and gained hands-on fabrication experience as a welder and fabricator. His tenure with SafanDarley began in 2019 as an Applications & Service Engineer, where he worked directly with North American customers.
SafanDarley North America President, Matt Garbarino explained that Brandon’s promotion to Service Coordinator marked his transition into formal leadership, and that his advancement to Service Manager reflects both his performance and the company’s focus on strengthening its service organization.
“As we continue to grow our installed base and expand our presence across North America, it’s critical that our service organization keeps pace,” Garbarino said. “Brandon brings the technical expertise, leadership discipline, and customer-first mindset we need to support that growth. He understands what our customers deal with every day and knows how to put the right systems in place.
“Developing leaders from within is a priority for us,” he added. “Brandon has grown with this organization from field engineering to service coordination to leading our service operations. His progression reflects his military training, technical capabilities, and our commitment to investing in people who understand our customers and our technology.”
Brandon said he is focused on further strengthening the company’s service foundation as SafanDarley North America continues to grow.
“We have an outstanding team and a strong platform to build from,” He said. “My goal is to continue improving response times, expanding our capabilities, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the performance and reliability our equipment is known for.”
