SafanDarley North America Welcomes Next-Generation Automation Specialist Alec Damon

Appointment reflects the company’s commitment to developing technical talent through hands-on training, mentorship, and practical experience

WAUKESHA, WI; FEBRUARY 26, 2026 – SafanDarley North America, the exclusive sales, service, and support organization for SafanDarley in North America, announces the appointment of Alec Damon as Robotic Applications Engineer.

Damon began his career with SafanDarley North America as an intern through Waukesha County Technical College. Following a successful internship and strong performance in the field, he has now transitioned into a full-time role, becoming the youngest member of the company’s growing technical team.

Damon will work closely with customers to assess automation and robotics requirements, support system design and integration, perform installations, and provide ongoing technical and application support. His role also includes collaborating with internal engineering and service teams to ensure each automation project delivers measurable productivity, quality, and return-on-investment improvements.

SafanDarley President, Matt Garbarino explained that extending formal training with real-world experience provides a unique foundation that benefits the individual, the company, and ultimately its customers.
